just had my weekly weigh-in and i’m down to 139lbs!!! :)
I’ll do some weight lifting today, maybe do a gainfitness.com workout.
Tomorrow, I’ll go to the gym with my mum and boyfriend, same for monday since there is no school, so that should be fun :)
but today looks to be a happy day.

Well, for the past two days, I’ve been doing the air climber for about a half hour each time. Been pretty sweaty :p
but now I just need to make sure I watch what I eat, since diet is also important. Maybe I should limit it to one “sweet” per day? unsure, but maybe it’ll work.
today I have work, so maybe after I’ll lift some weights and do some abs. Saturday and Sunday I might do kenpo X or yoga X… :)
