Hiya.
Here’s a little about myself. For one, I am not crazy overweight, but I’ve never felt too good about my body so I’ve finally decided to change. I’m going to start something I’ve never done before. I’m gonna RUN!!!!
Now, I’ve never been much of a runner, my mile times have been rising over the years, and now reached an all time high - 11:26. With the start of this new year, I’m going to get my body up and work it to it’s full potential.
Besides, I have a few things to look forward to this (new) year.

Goals:
-get to a healthier weight (around 120lbs)
-build lean muscles (arms, legs and core)
-run a mile in under 10 minutes
-run a 8 minute mile
-run 3 miles non stop
-Be a happier person
