I can eat this without the graham cracker or jelly/fruit and still be satisfied by its yummy goodness! =D

Today

just had my weekly weigh-in and i’m down to 139lbs!!! :)

I’ll do some weight lifting today, maybe do a gainfitness.com workout.

Tomorrow, I’ll go to the gym with my mum and boyfriend, same for monday since there is no school, so that should be fun :)

but today looks to be a happy day.
